The Olive Press can be altered to suit any age range, from kindergarten to senior citizens.
Duration:45 min - 1 hour
Cost:£350 for half a day (up to 3 groups), £550 for a full day.
About the workshop:Using fresh olives, the participants help to squeeze, distill and spin in a centrifuge. Once the pure olive oil is extracted, participants fashion wicks out of cotton wool and the Chanukah Menorah is lit in the traditional way.
A choice of different relevant Arts & Crafts are available.
